regarding the NSF fee, was your bank account having enough fund at that time? They don’t send the bill to email though. Only notifications of bill is sent via SMS.
Regarding the issue with public mobile, do you have a proof that Koodo will reimburse the fund from public mobile account?

If you want to purchase a phone you can purchase one online. Just make sure you are logged into your self serve.

If you have Auto Pay it comes out around 15 days after your Invoice date. If you download your detailed pdf ebill, it says this right on the bill on Page 1

To discuss this, you will need to request a callback via Koodo Assist
Unfortunatley you won’t be able to get your bill mailed to you to pay manually. But you can opt to turn off pre-auth payments, but you’d lose the discount if you do. Then you could pay it online manually.
