According to my last bill, my husband used 10007.92mb of data in 43 minutes. I’m going to post a portion of that 43 minutes so you can watch the exact same pattern repeat itself 50 times in 43 minutes. At no point did either of us get any kind of notification that the data was at 50% or 75% or 100%. No permissions were given to keep adding more and more and more data. Never in the years with koodo has my husband gone over on his data. No he did not download anything onto his phone. He doesn’t stream on his phone. He goes on Facebook like once a week maybe. He does not have any other kind of platform on his phone. This has been escalated to a supervisor but nothing has happened. I was told that this was being taken seriously and that I would get a phone call yesterday but that did not happen. No body called me today either. I was given this email address loyaltyresourceteam@telus.com and I’ve emailed to it but have not got any response. This whole situation is stressing me the heck out!!!! 

Which plan is he on and which phone is he using? 
Is the phone setup in selfserve to approve extra data?
