$10 direct bank payment credit

There are new plans that provide a $10 discount if you set up direct payments from your bank account but I don't see this discount in my bill?

Hi there,

Are you currently on a plan that offers the discount? And did you successfully setup the pre-authorised payment via a bank account? If not you have to change to one of the plans and setup the pre-authorised banking.

If you did both, then the credit usually starts applying starting the next billing cycle.

I have also being charged 10$ even though I have set up pre authorized payment , could some one please look into this matter and resolve please. Thanks

We have looked into it and we can see the discount wasn’t applied as the current payment method is not eligible for the autopay discount. To receive the discount starting with the next bill, you would need to switch to pre-authorized bank payments, more info can be found here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/auto-pay-discount

I am also not receiving my credit on the plan I signed up for. The whole point of me signing up when I did was to get that credit. I thought it was by credit card, and was told no it has to be through the bank - which I set up, and I just got my next bill and no credit. I've done what I was supposed to do to receive the credit from my first bill - and still nothing. Please help? Koodo assist was not helpful

Hi there ​@Kushy82  We verified your account and found that the Preauthorized payment discount is already present on your number. The discount started after the payment method changed to the correct one. You can see it on the 2’nd page of the invoice, when downloaded as PDF. I’ll include a link with the steps here.

Oh, okay! I see it now, I apologize … I always forget about the taxes and thought it hadn't gone through … thank you for your help! I hope the person above gets their bill sorted ..
