I would like to dispute my Easy Roam charge for July 15, 2023. I did head down to Point Roberts although I did make sure I was not taking any calls and turned my data off. Quite upset about this charge as I will be using Easy Roam in a few days for about 4 days and this additional charge for it looks like 1 minute on July 15, 2023 seems like a huge waste. Is there any way I can dispute this?
The ER/VC wasn’t an actual call. It was there to denote an event that triggered easy roam. I recommend you check your usage in selfserve to see how Koodo charge you. Check the data and message usage.
as well, did you turn both cellular data and data roaming option OFF?

To prevent this from happening again, I would suggest you to manually select your network to Koodo, so that your phone does not automatically connect to a nearby U.S. cellular tower.
