How to forward sms abroad?

I didn’t set up call forwarding while in Canada because I didn’t have a phone number to forward to. Now that I am abroad and have a new sim card I need to forward sms messages coming to my Canadian number to a new foreign number. Could someone please explain how can I do that? I looked thought SelfServe menues of https://www.koodomobile.com/en, but didn’t find a place to enter a number of a phone to forward sms to.Thanks

Re-Activated Phone from Seasonal Hold on March 11, phone does not have data till today March 13

Any idea on why after re-activating my phone from a seasonal hold last Sat March 11, I still cannot get data on my phone? I can see that the system already started billing me immediately after i completed the transaction. That is from March 11 thru end of March, including the advanced payment for April.Is there anything i am missing that i forgot to do?

Downgrading a Postpaid Plan

Is it possible to change my plan so I am paying less? I have way too much data that I will ever use. Currently on $55 50 GB plan postpaid. Thanks in advance.

can’t make or recieve calls

My data works fine and I have good service. But everytime I go to make a phone call it is just silent. No rings go through, nothing or call failed. I can't get in contact with Koodo because I can't call and there's no way to chat online with someone. I’ve turned on and off the phone, I reset everything, I took out the sim, I left it off for an hour. Calls ring but won’t connect. This is iPhone please help

Retrieving Deleted Voicemail Messages

I tried to access my voicemail messages last night (9 of them) on my cell phone only to find that all 9 vm msgs had been deleted.  I did not do this.  Is there any way to retrieve these vm msgs??  Thank you.

Purchase a phone on existing plan with current discount

I recently made the switch to Koodo in January and brought both phone lines over from Fido after 11 years. As a promotional match, I got my main line for $45 a month and the second line for $40 a month. My old S10+ just started acting up over the last week now so I am looking to upgrade and wanting to add the phone tab to my secondary line while keeping my current plan at the same discounted rate. Its only been 2 months with Koodo so I’m not sure what’s the best way to do it. When I go into Self serve it gives me the option to keep the current plan but without the discounts I received on both my lines for switching over to Koodo. Please help me with this.

Are there people in this community who can fix my billing address?

The Self Serve Address Change application is BROKEN !When I start typing my address,  my correct address IS found.  But when I select the correct address, the pop-up window that then appears and says “We think we’ve found a match. Select your address:” shows an incorrect address - an address that does not exist !The same window pops up with the same incorrect address  when I enter my address Manually !  In effect, there is NO OPTION to enter my address manually.I’ve seen somewhere that Address Change can only be done via Self Serve for “Privacy and security reasons”.   Then I saw posts here by others with problems changing addresses. They were helped by people who were “Mobile Master” or “Official Rep”.  Who are these people? Are they employees of Koodo like those whom I used to talk to on the phone in the past?For years, I haven’t worried about my billing address being incorrect -  because I don’t get my statements in the mail.  But now I may need to worry about it if I decide to orde

Someone help me please !!!

So, I decided I wanted to pay off my tab balance. Now, when I clicked to pay, it then popped up that the balance had changed to 0$. However, it didn't ask me how I wanted to pay and I don't see a charge on my bank account. Does anyone know why this is or where I could find what it was charged to?

Unusual Data Usage

My monthly allotment of data was used in a matter of days.  There are some unusual high periods of data usage.  While there have been months that I use all data, it’s never within a couple of days.  Could this be some sort of glitch?

WHY DOES NOBODY PICK UP CUSTOMER CARE?

I have been trying to talk to a koodo agent for months now. That stupid machine will not let me go to an agent. What can i do here i am extremely frustrated. They keep me charging me for bullshit and i cant even call customer care to get those charges removed?

I have been using my cell phone as also my business phone for texting only, but my customers keep trying to call me. So I want to have a business phone number that's texting only to communicate with them on, and have my personal phone number for the rest of what I need. Is there a way to do that?

Data Charges overnight?

Hi - I checked my data use (very low) and see that there are several “events” that use data when I am asleep. Usually between 2:00 and 6:00 a.m. Most are for less than a MB but this week there was one that used 35 MB! Why? I am not checking sites, receiving or sending anything. As I said, I am asleep and I don’t use my phone while asleep. When my phone is at home, it uses my wifi so data should not be touched.

Issues connecting new SIM card

Having issues with connecting new SIM card. I lost my previous SIM card while travelling and purchased a new one. I get to step 5 (https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/koodo-sim-support) and the screen keeps loading after putting in the verification code from my email. I really need help with this as I am not getting my messages and can’t use my phone when not on WIFI. I tried to get a call back from a customer service rep and then realized I can’t be called on my number as it’s not associated with the new SIM yet. URGENT help!

My wife and I will be travelling out of the country soon. We have our phones on the same account, but obviously have individualized plans. What I want to know is if we will both have to add Easyroam for $16/day  or if we add it to the account and may both use it.

Unexplained data usage

On March 3 and 4th I was charged for unexplained data usage to the tune of approx 3.7G of data overage. This happened in bursts of data usage while my phone was sitting inactive. Where do I go to get an explanation for this?

Hi everyone, I would like to get a phone for my daughter, but I want to keep mine, I don’t want to change.  I would give her the new one and keep my old one.  Can I don this, just get the phone without a sim card or new phone number?  She will use it as a @ipod@…. no text or anything, just internet. Thank you!

Account was suppose to be placed on Seasonal Hold

I am presently out of the country and spoke with Koodo regarding putting my account on seasonal hold.  This was to take place the first of November.  It has not been placed on seasonal hold and I am being charged full price for my plan.  I need this to be corrected.  Any info would be appreciated.
