change internet from starttv to koodo

We are Starttv customers, and would like to change our internet to Koodo. We are Koodo mobile customers. What’s the easiest way to do this?

First, please check out the availability on our website here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/shop/subscriptions/internet and if Koodo Internet is available at your address, log into your Koodo account, then order the Internet plan that best suits your needs.

Thank you yes, that’s the goal. But do I need to cancel Starttv internet or does it happen automatically since your companies are linked?

@justatrace You will have to cancel it indeed. During the online order process you will set your activation date, we would recommend to give yourself 1-2 days after that to cancel with Start.ca. Just to make sure everything works.
