Random calls from Koodo number?

For the past 6 months or so I’ve been getting calls on and off from a number that has Koodo as the display name (866-448-8030) and everytime I pick up and answer they automatically hang-up.

I’ve ignored the phone calls for awhile but it’s becoming persistant, they call randomly throughout the day M-F but lately I’ve been getting phone calls on the weekend (specifically Sunday) at like 9 or 10pm? I have no idea how to stop it, and don’t want to block the number if it actually is from Koodo. Any advice would be appreciated!

Yes the number is legit, but there is nothing to prevent a scammer from spoofing the number.

It is likely a sales call. If you check your self serve and look at possible plans and phones, do you see anything you like or want?
