Late Payment

I got some problems with my bank so I couldn’t pay my Koodo bill before due date. Do I need to contact Koodo before paying the bill? It seems like they will extra charge if we pay late.

Late payment charge is 3% and it will apply to your next month bill.

If they disconnect your service. Yes.

But if it's your first time being late, then they shouldn't disconnect your service.

I have seen people saying they got discinnect because non- payment for more than 30day and/or delayed repeatedly.  I can't say how it triggered, but if it is your first time late payment, you should be ok.

If you are really concern, you can set up a call back and talk to a rep to confirm your situation.
