Hello I work in a remote area with no cell service. Wifi calling has always worked here and it worked here for a few days before stopping. All of my co workers still have wifi calling so it is not a network or router problem.
I have reset wifi and bluetooth settings , I have tried airplane mode with wifi enabled, I have restarted my phone, I have enabled and disabled wifi calling many times, I have cleared the cache on the phone app, my phone is a Google Pixel 7 and is up to date. I have tried just about everything I could find on the internet. I believe it is a problem on the Koodo side and I would like to speak to an agent for help. I have reached out to Koodo on Facebook with no reply.
Any help would be appreciated as I need my phone for work.
