I have never had a password on my voicemail. Went to check my voicemail today and it says I require a password. If I ever had one I don’t know what it was so I selected the option to reset the password. I get a text with temporary password in order to reset the password, but then I’m told the password is invalid. I’ve attempted to reset 3 times and each time it sends me the same “temporary password” and then when I enter the password it tells me it’s “not the correct password.” So I have voicemails but cannot check/access them. How can I can I fix this?
