I have:

  • 120 GB of Shock-Free Data at 5G speed
  • Canada-US roaming with data, talk and texts

I turned on “roaming” in Android settings/Network and Internet

VoLTE is turned on.

But U.S. roaming does not work.

Here are the Koodo Add-On settings that are part of the plan:

This is extremely frustrating - I am almost ready to quit Koodo.  I am paying for a plan that has U.S. roaming.  It should work.

If you search for a network manually in the phone settings, what happens? Do you get any network listed that you can connect to manually?

Does Talk, Text, and Data all not work?

Have you tried restarting your phone?
