Trying to place a call but keep getting the message that the number I’m calling is not in service. I can call it from my landline and others can call it, but for some reason Koodo phones (mine and my daughter’s) will not go through. The other line is a Shaw number and has been checked out and everything works fine on their end. Help!

That was weird, can you use the phone to call other number besides that particular one? How was the signal reception in your area.
As well, did it happen in the past? Can you restart the phone to see if that works?
