Been with Koodo for years. Have an iPhone 15 (purchased last year from Koodo) on iOS 18.1 with an eSIM. Have a 5G plan (but where I live there is little 5G coverage so mostly on LTE.). Around 5 pm Atlantic time I noticed I had 3G service. This has persisted since then. I have turned airplane mode on and off multiple times, restarted my phone 3 times and reset network settings with no resolution.

Hi @MrsWho09, we’ve checked the account, everything is looking ok, provisioning-wise. We’ve done a reset on our end as well, please restart the phone when you get the chance.

Also, do you have access to your services - calls, SMS, data, on the 3G network?


After another reboot the issue has resolved. I did have data and texting when I had 3G only (not sure about calls.), albeit very slow data.
