So after about 15 calls and 2 tech support visits I still have no home internet. It's been a month and I can't even schedule a callback. On my modem Power and DS is solid green and US is flashing green. Lan is orange and randomly flickers? Could be nothing on the router mesh and wifi are both green and solid and internet is green and flashing slowly.
Koodos solution so far was to send me a new modem. I doubt it's the modem
If you could give me any suggestions to try, the tech guy said the cord (which is running out the crack in my door instead of the usual wall coax) is set up properly, besides not being installed in the house.
Honestly so long without internet it's becoming frustrating. So if you have any knowledge of the subject please comment or reach out w.e
