I am new to Koodo. I just got my SIM card in the mail, and I’m trying to get my old Samsung Galaxy S& working with hte SIM card. I’ve unlocked the phone through Samsung, but now I’m having troubles with getting my phone to connect to teh network. I keep getting “SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM PUK”. I’ve tried 1234, and the PIN they required when I first signed up, but to now avail. Does anyone have any solutions?

Hi there,
you would need a rep to provide you the PUK code. If a mobile master sees this post, they can flag a rep for you, that or if a rep sees the post they will respond as I have and private message you 🙂👍
Thanks for your help! Called them and turns out the SIM card is defective. They’re mailing me a new one.
