SIM issue

A few hours ago my phone suddenly stopped connecting to the network. No calls. No texts. No data. It says "SIM not provisioned for voice". Been with the company for months, no issues. No changes to my phone or plan. No idea why this started today. I've done all the usual troubleshooting... Reinserted the SIM, rebooted, updated my phone, etc. Nothing!

Help!

If you login to self serve does your account look in good standing?  Are you all paid up?

 

Can you insert your sim in a working phone (from a friend or family member) to test the sim to see if the issue follows the phone or the sim?
