I have just received my new phone in the mail, as well as a new SIM card from Koodo (The SIM card is orange and pink). I have installed it into my phone and I still have zero service. Can anyone help me figure out what’s wrong? 

Are you an existing customer and this is your phone upgrade? If so, the new SIM card (shipped with the phone was inactive). You could use the old SIM card in the phone or switch to new SIM in self-serve.
