SIM card not registered

I am a current Koodo customer, and chose to get a new phone (had an old G5) the order arrived today, I set up the phone, and put in the new SIM card, while it was powered off, and I get a SIM card unregistered error.

I’m guessing the SIM card was not set up before it was shipped out to me, and I can’t seem to call with no SIM card to schedule a call back, so where do I go from here?

Figured it out through the self serve, mobile services, change sim, seems to work now

You also could have just put in your old sim card if you didn't do the sim swap yet
