While roaming in Mexico using my Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G, I was unable to connect to a network. Message was something like “SIM cannot connect to network”.
My wife with her S10 had no connection issues. I matched her settings exactly, but was unable to connect.
This morning, Koodo replaced the SIM card in my phone. Short of going back to Mexico, is there a way for me to test that the connection issue is resolved?
