showing SOS after switching carrier

Last evening I switched carrier … from previous carrier I got cancellation text … after that I changed new SIM and restart my iPhone 12….. but still showing SOS

It seems there was issue with the port or the SIM card itself. Have you checked the status of your number transfer in self-serve and I assumed you were in an area where you had Koodo signal reception?

Are you able to log into your community account using the Log in via self serve option?
