Shaw / Rogers Ignite TV App on Ipad no longer works while on Koodo Internet


We recently moved to Koodo Internet and have had no issues.  Performance has been great.

We have access to Shaw (Rogers) Ignite TV App on our Ipad that was working on previous Internet Provider and works while Hotspotting from Cell that is with Koodo … but when connected to local Koodo Wifi network in the house, it will not work.

Tried old router on Koodo Network and no go.
Tried on Koodo Cell … works 
Used on previous Internet … works

Is there any reason that this would not be allowed now ?  Or why its not working ? Or if there is a setting on the new Koodo Wifi Router that I need to update ?

Any ideas would be appreciated

Have you tried to contact Rogers to see if their app require certain wifi port to be opened?

I assumed everything else worked fine with Koodo internet?

@mlessard We are certainly not restricting anything that you had access to before.  It maybe like @Dinh above suggested a connection or port issue. Let us know if you were able to solve it, if not we can certainly ask some of our tech folks to see what they think.
