I know there is an issue with S20 series and Telus contracts, Samsung not enabling 5G on Canadian CSC. But I do see the 5G/LTE/WCDMA/GSM (Auto Connect) option that so many folks seem to be missing. But I rarely connect to 5G even though I am in the area, and do not get 5G speeds even though my plan is a 5G plan. Anyway I can verify where the issue lies?

have you tried resetting your network settings? It’s simple but tends to fix a lot of problems when it comes to network connectivity.
Even if you connect to 5G you may not get 5G speeds.
I am on 5G and I get poor 4G speeds.
On rare occasions I will get a decent speed, but it never lasts.
I have the Note20 Ultra 5G and don't even see the 5G option in my network Settings
