i received a roaming charge text at 3:11 am when my phone has been in my home no where near the USA. Is it possible my number has been hacked?

Hi there,
the phone probably just accidentally connected to a US tower if the one closest to you got too busy. If the roaming fee shows up on your next bill, you can respond again here and a rep would be able to credit your account for accidental roaming. To stop this from happening again though, feel free to read the article below (specifically about turning off roaming and selecting Koodo as your manual network) 🙂👍
