When you use Canada posts lookup tool, does the address show up or no? Koodo uses Canada Post’s system to verify the address so if it isn’t showing in their system, you’ll need to have it added/corrected with Canada post. Even if you have received packages fine before in the past to the address, if it's not showing up in the lookup tool then it won't work for koodo Internet.

No problem so if that's the case you would have to get in contact with Canada post and have the address added to their system. Once it successfully has been added, it would then show up in koodo Internets lookup. I'll include a link for Canada posts contact website but you will have to talk to someone from Canada post going forward
