I have not been able to receive calls lately, calls come in, I answered but I can't hear anyone and no one can hear me. I call back and it is all good so my out going calls are working. What is going on?

+4What phone are you using? Did it happen only at one particular place or everywhere you went to?
Also, can you reset network settings of the phone?

Everywhere I go, it seems to have started after the big storm in Ottawa but it happened again today in Toronto and last week in Niagara Falls and in Montreal before.

Is the same issue happening when you insert your SIM card in another device?

Have you tried to reset network settings yet? That would help to restore some carrier setting in the phone.
I've tried this just now, I'll test it tomorrow.
