I am able to use my new phone for apps but unable to make and receive calls with my new phone. As the new phone came with absolutely no instructions/assistance sheet of any kind, I am at a loss as to what to do. Your self-serve was not helpful.

so once you got your new phone, did you insert your old SIM card into it or put the one that came in the box in the new phone?
I put the one that came with the new phone. That’s what I did wrong I guess.
That’s ok, so that one is just a spare if you need it, for now just keep using your old SIM card 😎
