puk code help

I need help accessing my PUK code please. I have no alternative number to schedule a callback. I’m logged into my self serve as I see from other posts that’s needed to verify.

I’ll flag a rep to assist. For future refernce, the default sim pin is 1234 if you find it locked.

Hello @ryry24, unfortunately we could not authenticate you through the method of log in you used. 

For privacy and security reasons, you can schedule a callback through our Koodo Assist in order to receive the PUK number.

I’m logged in now and can access my self serve from here. I do not have an alternative number to use or I would have already done so.
