Koodo texted me a promotion for a Samsung phone for $0/month and $0 down but when I click the link it sends me to the phone page where the phone is $5/month. I've been trying for days. Is there a way to get this promotion?

Does the text promotion have any sort of promo code or expiry date with it?

Could you share a screenshot of the text (leaving out any personal info if there is any)

I didn't think of that. I would be worried that the plan would kick in and I'd be out a new phone. But I'll give it a shot. Thanks!

I was unable to test that theory as the website said it was down. Am i now unable to redeem this offer?

Hello! I tried and can proceed to checkout with the phone but i am unable to sign on for a 2 year contract to redeem the promotion. Any help would be great.


 


Hi ​@Jasoñ17 what tab are you selecting when making the purchase? You changed your plan the past month to a plan that is compatible with the Tab Basic only. The promotion is for Tab Mid or Plus. Have you tried to select a different plan?
