I've had my phone for just under a month. This week it started randomly restarting, so did a factory reset, didn't install any additional apps, and now it's stuck in a boot loop.
Any one have a similar issue?

It seems your device had a hardware issue. I recommend you contact Google directly and ask them to look into it. https://support.google.com/pixelphone/answer/9218411?hl=en
