I’ve had a pixel 8 for 7 months now. Started to act slow, so I rebooted it. It did a software update. On the first incoming phone, the screen went black and phone has been dead since.
How do you get in touch with Koodo?

How did you buy the phone, in store or online? Also try to hold the power button for 30 full seconds and see if it switches on.
If the power button hold doesn't work, try volume up and power for at least 30 seconds.
