phone port not working

I bought a new iPhone from Koodo and transferred my old number from Bell to Koodo. I followed all the steps, put my sim card into the new phone but I am still unable to receive text messages or make phone calls

Just to make sure, you submitted the port, responded to the 2FA text on your bell sim card, and then tried using your Koodo sim card?

As well, keep in mind, that incoming texts/calls can take 30-60min to start working after a port. If it’s a landline number, a few days.
