I have opted for a 30$ a-month postpaid plan, and have inserted my sim. I could make calls and use data temporarily in Toronto, but I cant do the same in Winnipeg. There is no problem with APN too, In the settings app, the Operator is set to Auto-select but there are no services. What do I do now?

Are you able to test the sim on a different phone?
Yes I have, it didn’t work. Yes, the sim works on another phone.

Make sure VoLTE is enabled to use your phone in Winnipeg and Brandon. 3G service is limited to non-existent in those cities

What do you mean your sim is not compatible?
The sim should be from Koodo.
Do you mean your phone is not compatible for VoLTE? What phone are you using and where did you get it from?
I don’t have a Canadian phone so it’s not compatible.
The you won't be able to get service in Winnipeg. Winnipeg needs VOLTE for talk and text to work. And you will need a volte phone compatible with koodo
