Im currently in australia and my sim isnt allowing me to connect to any form of network. It is stuck on emergency calls only.
I am trying to receive texts so i can verify bank payments
Does anyone know how to resolve this?
If you go into self-serve, and check your add-ons, do you have “International Voice Roaming” and “International Data Roaming” added? You cannot connect to a network without them. If all you want to do is receive texts, I would suggest only adding International Voice Roaming.

Did you try to manually select the network on your phone?
You can try reinserting your sim card and restarting your phone and confirming whether you have manual or automatic network seelction on. If you have manual on, you must select the network to connect to from the list that populates in your phone’s network settings.
i have tried this now as well. both automatic selection and trying to manually select each individual network but still wont connect to any unfortunately
