No incoming calls and SMS after port over from different provider

Hi,

I have some issues with my phone; I switched my mobile provider from freedom mobile to koodo yesterday and ported over my phone number. Although, i can do outgoing call and data access,  I am unable to receive incoming calls and SMS.

When you initiated the port, did you reply yes to the port request sent to your Freedom sim?

Sound like your port did not fully complete.

You need to Call the porting team 1-844-232-7678
