I have some issues with my phone; I switched my mobile provider from freedom mobile to koodo yesterday and ported over my phone number. Although, i can do outgoing call and data access, I am unable to receive incoming calls and SMS.

When you initiated the port, did you reply yes to the port request sent to your Freedom sim?
