No confirmation that port was successful?

Hi there, it’s been more than the 2.5 hours since porting two of my numbers from Fido to Koodo, and I’ve gone through all the steps. The data from koodo is working, but I didn’t receive a ”Welcome” text from koodo on either of the phones. Is there a way to see if porting is still in progress with the two phone lines on my account?

Hi there, you can check the port by following these steps:

Login to your self serve, click on self serve at the top, click mobile services, click manage your phone number. It should look like this. 

That’s perfect thank you! I’m new to Koodo so I wasn’t able to find the screen for checking/I couldn’t phrase my question in an understandable way to the chatbot. Both have been successful :) I appreciate your help!

I assumed you have responded "Yes" to the porting text from Fido?.

2.5 hours of waiting seems to be a long wait for a number transfer. As of now, are calling and texting working?As well, I recommend you restart the phone to see if there was any update.
