I just set up my new phone and sim card.  All my data was transferred over but I cannot make calls or text.  Did I do something wrong?

Hi ​@Nancy21, we’re still seeing your SIM card active in your old phone. You can just take the SIM out and use it in your new phone or you can activate the SIM card you received with the new phone. Here is a guide https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/koodo-sim-support if you’d prefer the latter.
