New Phone - Number transfer issue

I am new to Koodo.  Just received my new phone.   I need to transfer my old number from my old provider.  

Koodo says I need to leave my old phone on so that I can say YES to the transfer request.  

The problem is that my old phone is dead.  

How do I proceed?

Hi @JaneMel

If the sim from old phone fits in the new phone you received, you should be able to insert it, then initiate the transfer in self serve and once you receive the 2FA message to authorize the transfer, you can reply to it and then remove the sim and insert the Koodo one.

You can put the old sim from your old provider into your new koodo phone and you can reply Yes this way
