I just switched over to Koodo from Teksavvy, I am on the 100Mb Plan, the  Boostlite router and Modem they sent me, when I connect it, it starts up at the advertised speed, but within 5 minutes its down to 5-8 Mbps, no matter how many times I reset it, it always starts fine but withing minutes its back down.   I have contacted the help (absolutely useless) and they keep saying someone is going to get back to me.  I am also wondering if I can just setup my own router on it ( Nova mesh), but even that when I try to set up my own, it never connects to the internet.  I really am at a loss, and have realized I should have never switched to Koodo. 

Unfortunately, Internet support in the forum is limited. You would have to rely on the technical support on the phone.if you can, try to reset the device to its default factor setting and see if that can help.

regarding the speed test, which program are you using? Was there any VPN or privacy protection app on the device?
