Network connect issue

I am travelling in the US and my phone won't connect to a network. I travel to this same area every couple of months and don't have any problems. I have a USA plan.

I have tried all the help suggestions... data is on, I have reset network settings, I have reset my phone, I have tried manually selecting a network, etc.

I don't know what to do and I need to be connected. I am on Samsung 20 and I'm in the New York/Pennsylvania area.

Please help, thank you!

Have you tried inserting your SIM card in another phone and see if it works?

There’s a widespread roaming network outage. It’s been out all day. Koodo should post something about it.
