Phone was originally on virgin plan. It has been switched to a Kudo plan and now the phone when you phone it goes straight to voicemail.

If you said yes to the port message and inserted your new Koodo sim, then you may be experiencing “mixed services” where one account is being cancelled and one starts but there is a conflict. If you didn’t respond to the port text message, then you will have to try to port the number again through your self serve account. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/moving-your-number-koodo

We have checked the status of the transfer to Koodo and it was cancelled.
