Ever since I switched to 5G, some (not all) calls don't come through. I've since switched back to a 4G plan and the problem is persisting.
This issue is a bit pressing at the moment, because I'm on the hunt for a job, and don't want to miss any potential calls.
Is this a Koodo network issue, or an issue with my phone maybe? Any solutions?

Which phone are you using? were you in an area where you had good Koodo signal reception?
5G plan should allow you to access to all available 4G/5G/3G bands in the area. I would recommend you keep the phone in auto mode so it can select the best available signal in your area.
