my cell phone broke, and I want to transfer my EM to a new phone

Hello, I'm currently outside of Canada and my cell phone has been damaged. I've purchased a new phone and I'm curious about how to activate my eSIM card to begin using my new device.

Which phone were you using? If that phone model was one of the older model, you can’t transfer eSIM. If you need a new eSIM, you will have to visit a Koodo kiosk (or ask your friend) and get a eSIM voucher. From there, contact Koodo via Facebook messaging or schedule a call back to a Canadian number that you had access to. A rep should be able to transfer the eSIM for you
