My Building Entry Code Isnt Working

A few weeks ago my building entry code that’s linked with my phone stopped working. Usually someone enters my buzzer code which calls my phone, and I press 9 to let them in. Now when they use my buzzer code and call my phone it doesn’t matter how many times I press 9 or for how long it doesn’t open the door. I tried answering the call on my iPad and computer with no change. I’ve reset my network settings with no change. Any ideas?

Which phone are you using? Was there any recent change in your firmware or your buzzer system? Have you also ask the building manager to see if there was any update?

As well, besides iPad, do you have another phone to test the buzzer code and the SIM?
