** LTE. I got a pop up that LTE calling was turned off on my phone. I have no idea what this means. Checked and my WIFI calling is off, when I try to turn it on it says to contact Koodo?? I’ve never had this issue before. I live rural and there’s already no cell service here. WIFI calling is the only way we can call anyone. Why is this happening and how can I fix it?!

I checked and I already have the VoLTE access add on, so what else can I do?
I am having the same problem. Just received a call back from Koodo customer service, they are having a network problem that they are working on, hope to have it fixed by tomorrow morning.
Wifi calling is affected too!

If so, it is recommended to reboot the device and reset the network settings if it continues.
Keep us posted if doing that resolved the issue for you.
