I am new to Koodo, and like several people here, emails and website are set in French. I have tried to make changes to no avail. 
 

i would appreciate assistance in setting my language options to English.

We modified the preferred language to English, as requested. It might take 5-10 minutes to update. 

You will also have to log out and back in of the Self Serve account.
