I had a notification come on my phone, saying Koodo turned off lte calling. I tried restarting my phone, I can't use Koodo assist because I can't text or call or recieve texts or calls

It's connected to wifi but in SOS

So SOS would indicate you have NO service, not just LTE. When you check your koodo account in koodo self serve, is everything paid up? Or if its prepaid, did you top up on time? If that is all fine, the next thing to check would be your sim card. Are you able to try the sim card in another device and see if there is any service?
