I just switched from Rogers Prepaid to Koodo prepaid and it was easy except mms doesn’t work for me. Updated my APN settings as per https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/setting-data-your-non-koodo-phone but no luck. I do wonder if the issue is that my phone is an antique :-)
However, it did work on Rogers network, maybe Rogers still supports antiques and Koodo does not?
Any suggestions as to what else I could try.

I’m also facing the same thing except my number isn’t verifying for both iMessage and FaceTime so i can’t use those two apps

I recommend you try to reset network settings of the phone to see if that can help.Settings > General > Transfer or Reset Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
