iphone on SOS after transferring to Koodoo from Telus

Transferred number over to Koodo from Telus. It’s now been over 12 hours and phone is still showing SOS.

we have tried  taking out the SIM card and putting it back in.

turning off phone

resetting network settings.

this is very frustrating as it is my daughters phone and I need to be able to contact her.

We have checked and the transfer for the line ending in *59 was successful.

Just to double check, is the Koodo sim card that was inserted, right?

Yes it is
