Recently I changed my phone to unlocked phone which is Nothing phone 2a.
I just put usim into my new phone.
Everything works fine except for MMS.
I can send SMS. And also there’s no problem with using data.
There’s only issue about MMS.
I already set APN to default and reboot cell phone several times.
I tried to change APN setting, it was locked as greyed.
Please help this. Thanks.
Have you tried resetting the network settings on your phone?
Yes, I did it
But it was greyed out and locked.
I even make another APN, but I could not select this one. It's locked.
Do you have a SIM card from a different carrier? Can you try inserting it before putting back your Koodo SIM card?
