Hi, I just move to Winnipeg and I noticed that I can't make phone calls or receive phone calls on my Samsung A05 but I can send message and access the internet on the phone. Kindly assist

Hi there,
So there is a few things you can try. 1. Turning the device on and off (sounds simple but works). 2. Taking out the sim and putting back in. 3. Resetting your network settings (it tends to fix most things). Steps for resetting the network settings can be found in this article under “reset network settings”. Let me know how it works out 🙂👍
